A person reads it. Say what happened, and the name you play under if you have one. If you signed in, send it from that same Google address.
This is also the address for Play Store and App Store issues, lost pens, a desk that will not open, and anything else that is not working.
To delete your account, use the delete account page. That has the steps we need.
